Luciano is a business-driven manager with over 15 years of experience as a CTO and CEO in multinational companies and startups. He has a strong technical background in IT and excellent management skills and is in love with Agile and Lean methodologies. As a CTO/CEO, Luciano have managed thousands of technical projects in collaboration with remote, cross-functional teams ranging from a few members to over 700. Driven by his passion and success in the SaaS start-up niche, Luciano founded Castro & Partners, a consultancy firm to help other start-ups and entrepreneurs maximize operational efficiency, deliver amazing digital products, and generate significant revenue growth.
